As the first product manager at Pocket Worlds, I led the development of creator tools for the Highrise metaverse app, working closely with the CEO and CTO to shape the product roadmap and prioritize features for two releases. This included spearheading the asset store's development along with its demo content and applications, including designing the information architecture and workflows with engineers. In collaboration with the liveops team, I coordinated user research through interviews with bot creators, world builders, and room hosts to ensure the tools met their needs.


I organized and ran Highrise's first game jam with the GameJolt developer community, engaging participants through daily updates on Discord, playtesting submissions, and providing feedback. I also worked with the data team to plan telemetry and create a dashboard to track game jam world performance metrics. To dogfood the developer tools, I participated in the game jam myself, launching a world to test them firsthand. I also designed and prototyped a catwalk and backstage area for a fashion show world to showcase features such as video billboards, player inventory, leaderboards player roles and zones.
